Where it all started.

I founded Athena CPAs & Advisors with a clear mission: to help entrepreneurs build real financial independence by taking control of their business finances. After years in Big 4 accounting and working with businesses at national and local levels, I saw too many business owners feeling overwhelmed, unsure if they were making the right financial moves, and losing money to taxes they didn’t need to pay. I built my firm to change that.

At Athena CPAs, we go beyond tax prep and bookkeeping—we provide strategy. I help business owners scale their companies, increase profitability, and legally keep more of their hard-earned money. Whether it’s tax planning, entity structuring, or financial consulting, my goal is to take the stress out of accounting and replace it with clarity and confidence.

But my work doesn’t stop at my clients. Financial literacy is at the core of what I do. I believe that knowledge is power, and I’m passionate about making financial education accessible to entrepreneurs, especially women and minority-owned businesses. I actively serve my community as:

• Treasurer & Board Member of Enterprising Latinas, Inc., empowering women through financial education and business support.
• An Ambassador for the Tampa Bay Chamber, where I help connect small businesses with resources to grow and succeed.
• A mentor and speaker for Prospera, supporting Hispanic entrepreneurs with financial literacy workshops and business advising.

I’m a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, where I earned degrees in Accounting & Finance before becoming a licensed CPA in 2015. Outside of my work, I’m passionate about weight training, entrepreneurship, and helping others build wealth. Most importantly, I’m a proud mom to my 17-month-old son, Leo, who inspires me to build a legacy of financial empowerment for the next generation.
